Fail to Fetch HTML

Case 1

If your online version URL including following characters:

• Space
• *
• #
• ( )
• { }
• [ ]
• < >
• "
• '

and so on, you cannot fetch the HTML code.

Solution

Please try to use:

• Lower-case English characters
• -
• _

only in your online version URL.

Case 2

If there is JavaScript in your online version html file, you cannot fetch the HTML code as well.

Because of the security settings, JavaScript is stripped out of HTML email by default in all major email clients, so the system does not allow you to fetch html file with JavaScript.

Solution

Please delete all the HTML code with dynamic element such as PHP and JavaScript in your online version of newsletter.
