Pre-defined Views

Following views are pre-defined in the system, but you can customize it according to your preference.

To Be Closed Opportunities

Opportunities that are not yet closed, i.e. neither stage = Deal Won, nor stage = Deal Lost, sorted by Target Close Date, overdue & most recent first.

Today's Opportunities

Opportunities that are created today, sorted by Create Time, most recent first.

Top Opportunities (1-Time Charge)

All not yet closed Opportunities, sort by 1-Time Charge, the highest first.

Top opportunity (Monthly Recurrent Charge)

All not yet closed Opportunities, sort by average Monthly Recurrent Charge, the highest first.

Top opportunity (Probability)

All not yet closed Opportunities, sort by Probability, the highest first.

Final Stage Opportunities

Opportunities that are in the final stage of the sales pipeline (before stages Deal Won or Deal Lost, and are not Pending), sorted by Probability, highest first.

Stuck Opportunities

Opportunities that are not yet closed (Deal Won, Deal Lost), sorted by Create Time, oldest first.

Unattended Opportunities

Opportunities that have not been updated since the last input of Journal Entry, sorted by the input time of last Journal Entry, oldest first.

Recently Upgraded Opportunities

Opportunities that the current probability is higher than the previous one, sorted by the input time of last Journal Entry, latest first.

Recently Downgraded Opportunities

Opportunities that the current probability is lower than the previous one, sorted by the input time of last Journal Entry, latest first.

Recently Won Opportunities

Successful Opportunities that are closed as Deal Won, sorted by record Close Time, most recent first.

Recently Lost Opportunities

Unsuccessful Opportunities that are closed as Deal Lost, sorted by record Close Time, most recent first.

All Opportunities

All Opportunities, no matter they are closed or not, sorted by Opportunity Title, alphabetically.
