Exclude Contacts

In the [Create Email Campaign] page or [Edit Email / SMS Campaign] page, choose [Advanced Settings].

Then depending on your need, you can choose the groups of contact to be excluded from sending in the [Exclude Groups] and [Exclude Campaign Contacts] fields.
