Contact Management

A [Contact] is an individual.

You can keep a detailed company record by adding available contact records to it.

A set of good contact records can help salesman to maintain an up-to-date contact channel of prospect, customer, partner or provider.

Contact Status

The data field [Contact Status] is to identify the validity of contact information after an email marketing campaign.

ValidValidContact email address is valid, able to send email
ObsoleteObsoleteUser has manually changed the status from [problematic] to [obsolete] to indicate such contact email address is not updated
Problematic - Soft BounceProblematic Soft-bouncedContact email address has problem, and the system has received soft bounced email
Problematic - Hard BounceProblematic Hard-bouncedContact email address has problem, and the system has received hard bounced email

Contact Type

One of the data fields [Contact Type] is to identify how the contact information are entered to the system.

Key-inRecords are entered to the system one by one
ImportRecords are imported to the system
Opt-inRecords are created through the opt-in form on your website, and all opt-in contacts are gone through the process of double opt-in
